Stop what you’re doing and save this if youโ€™re traveling for the holidays!

If you can get in a workout, great, if not, itโ€™s not the end of the world. If youโ€™re currently eating 3-5 meals a day, maybe take it back to 3 square meals while traveling.โฃ
