Chances are youโre not going to have any massive gains or weight drops while traveling, so aim to keep everything at status quo. If you can get in a workout, great, if not, itโs not the end of the world. If youโre currently eating 3-5 meals a day, maybe take it back to 3 square meals while traveling.โฃ
